Minot’s Acting City Manager & Finance Director to Step Down February

Per a Facebook post seeking applicants for the City of Minot’s Finance Director position and confirmation from the City’s Public Information Officer Derek Hacket, the City’s acting City Manager and Finance Director, Cindy Hemphill, will be stepping down as of February.
