Minot’s bike and pedestrian infrastructure is a couple years from being a shining example, but the resources that we’re building as a part of flood protection are only noticed if people get out and use them. In Grand Forks, they’re taking the step to provide more localized transportation as well as a vehicle to excercise and recreation through a bike share program.
