Security is one reason Fargo City Commission’s new chambers won’t have windows

Fargo is in the process of building a new City Hall, and their new City Commission chambers won’t have windows. Security and lighting for television and livestream broadcasts are among the reasons. It’s worthy of a mention here in Minot as conversations about a new City Hall have been taking place as well as some renovations to the City Council room in Minot’s City Hall.
