North Dakota bill aims to loosen corporate farm restrictions and boost animal agriculture

Should a corporate entity be able to own up to 160 acres of North Dakota farm land? It’s a more contentious question than you might imagine. Those who say yes argue it will open farming up to different business ownership models and partnerships, and that will be good for business. Those who say no say it will open farming to those who have no connection to the land, and that will be bad. What do you think the legislature will do?
