North Dakota bill aims to loosen corporate farm restrictions and boost animal agriculture

Should a corporate entity be able to own up to 160 acres of North Dakota farm land? It’s a more contentious question than you might imagine. Those who say yes argue it will open farming up to different business ownership models and partnerships, and that will be good for business.
