Morality Laws and State Hospital Funding Advance in Legislature

The North Dakota State Hospital is stepping towards a new investment. The first step is funding to demolish five buildings on the existing campus in Jamestown that have been vacant for decades. With a vote of  79-13, the House advanced bill 1333 that would prevent the children from attending drag shows. The ND Senate Judiciary Committee advanced SB 2150 with a 5-1 ‘Do Pass’ recommendation. The bill clarifies state law for medical providers and bans all abortions after six weeks gestation.
