City Council Agenda(s) | September 2, 2025

The Minot City Council will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 5:30 PM in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 10 3rd Ave SW. Residents in need of special accommodations are encouraged to contact the City Clerk’s office at 857-4752. City Council meetings can also be live-streamed from the City of Minot’s Youtube channel found here.

Several items of note are on the agenda for Council consideration on their regular agenda including; a proposed path forward for selecting the next City Manager, consideration of refreshing “Welcome” signs into the city as well as updating signage for downtown parking, 3rd Street Bridge Repair, Alcohol Ordinances, and continued discussion of the sales tax for public safety.

Additionally, two special City Council meetings are scheduled directly preceding the regular meeting. One agenda is to consider a real estate negotiation/purchase in Executive session; the other meeting is to hear from those interested in filling the vacant City Council seat.
