On This Day | North Dakota Grows Them Tall
Author
Josh Wolsky
An influx of tall men students has forced the University of North Dakota officials to consider the purchase of a number of longer beds for the school’s dormitories. In Budge hall which houses 60 men there is one student who is six feet five, and another just an inch shorter. Possessing even more height is a recent resident of the hall who passes the six foot mark by six inches. School authorities are of the opinion that in each of the University men’s dormitories there are students who “need more stretching room.”
