Grand Forks city officials, Park District leaders visit Fargo to again compare sports complexes
Grand Forks leaders are heading south — not for a game, but to do their homework. City and Park District officials toured Fargo’s Parks Sports Center this week to study how a similar facility operates as they prepare for the opening of the Altru Sports Complex. From turf rentals to software systems, they’re gathering lessons on what works — and what doesn’t.
