Moorhead, Fargo show off plans for $7.1 million bridge near Bluestem Amphitheater
Residents in Fargo and Moorhead have been talking for years about better ways to cross the Red River without getting behind the wheel. Now, a long-planned idea is finally taking shape. The two cities are moving ahead on a $7.1 million pedestrian bridge linking Moorhead’s Bluestem area to a Fargo trail near 40th Avenue South.
