Stone, federal prohibition director of North Dakota and members of his staff and have been libelled on the charge that their transportation is in violation of the Volstead act, by M. A. Hildreth, U. S. district attorney. Monition papers were given to U. S. marshals Tuesday to be served on the shippers, Hill and Hill, of Owensboro, Kentucky.
