Construction of the town will be the first item on the army agenda in order that workers on the dam proper may have a place to live and may have facilities for decent living during their stay in the construction area.

Why We Chose It
The site eventually selected was the one West of Cole Harbor. A drive through Riverdale today one immediately notices that it is not a traditional North Dakota town.
