Look at that! An editor incredulous of a highway expansion plan… and he assumed the citizenry were just as dubious. Why, after all, would we have choose to pay to help people go “around” Minot? Our attitudes have changed radically since this was common sense… perhaps we need to start questioning some of our current assumptions about highways, bypasses, and traffic?
