The Reflector, the weekly paper published by the prisoners at the Bismarck penitentiary, is a very bright sheet, and we are going to subscribe for it. The subscription rate is but fifty cents a year and it is worth it. There isn’t an editor or a printer in the institution, but its a cinch when some of those boys get out, they will join the our ranks, even if we don’t join their’s.
