The City of Minot is going to be the cleanest city in the entire state, if the city board of health keeps on in the way it has started out to do business. At a meeting of this board Friday night, it was decided that the streets, alleys and yards should be cleaned up and at once. If the property owner is slow in getting this work done, the board will do it for him and charge it against his property. A number of teams have been hired by the city and within a short time the city will put on a different appearance.
