The county, the state, the nation must begin from the premise that the flexibility of automotive transportation is of such great use time-wise and dollar-wise and pleasure-wise in the moving of people and material for business and for pleasure that the best thing to do is to make our highways competent to safely, quickly and sturdily handle all of the flow necessary of the varied vehicles: huge and small, heavy and light.
