Artists-to-be foster creativity at Minot State’s NOTSTOCK festival
At Minot State University this week, art isn’t just something to look at—it’s something to try. The annual NOTSTOCK festival has been giving students and community members hands-on exposure to the arts for nearly 20 years, from printmaking to pottery. For Minot High freshman Aubrey Berger, sitting down at the pottery wheel was more than a lesson—it sparked an interest she hopes to pursue further.
