Bill Addresses Fentanyl Derivative

Legislators are acting quickly to tackle the Fentanyl drug issue recently reported by he Grand Forks Herald. Rep. David Hogue (R-Minot) sponsored the bill that would add the drug to the State’s most severe drug category.
