City Council Candidates Comment on the MAGIC Fund

Here’s the second of this week’s questions for our City Council candidates: please comment on the roles of the Minot Area Chamber of Commerce and the Minot Area Development Corporation and if you believe that public incentives for economic development (i.e MAGIC Fund) should be modified.
