City of Minot: Public Works Expansion Gets Approved in Committee

The City of Minot Finance Committee is pulling a capital improvement project out of the normal budgetary process and moving it forward independently. The Committee voted unanimously to approve the $1.5 million expansion of the Public Works department; it will now go to City Council.
