Council Shuts Down Access to Ann Street Bridge

The issue of the Ann Street Bridge and a new access point through Minot’s proposed flood wall at Main Street has been a topic of much discussion recently. Monday night, Minot’s City Council ended the discussion by voting to advance flood protection plans in their present form. No opening will be added for NE Minot residents.
