Council trims capital projects plan
Minot’s leaders just trimmed their five-year blueprint for city projects by over $150 million at Monday’s city council meeting, choosing pragmatism over ambition. A new police station? Scaled back to a remodel. A wastewater treatment plant? Replaced with an engineering line placeholder. And the closed Anne Street pedestrian bridge? Removed from the plan entirely—at least for now.
