Delta Cuts Minot Flight Under FAA Directive
A federal order to cut airline schedules by 10% is starting to ripple into Minot, and the first sign arrived Friday when Delta canceled its midday Minneapolis flight. Airport Director Jennifer Eckman says the reduction—driven by nationwide shortages in air-traffic-control staffing—could mean more cancellations or long delays until the shutdown ends. United hasn’t cut Minot routes yet, and Allegiant is quiet so far, but all three carriers are adjusting.
