Dickinson Making Plans for 26,000 New Residents

It’s an ambitious plan made up of more than 6,100 acres that would be built over five stages, and it includes lots for residential, commercial and industrial development. We’ve got our own growth issues here in Minot so we should be paying attention to these stories.
