Dickinson’s Building Permit Revenue Falls Well Short of Budget Forecast

The City of Dickinson is dealing with a case of counting chickens before they hatch, or rather, spending building permit dollars before the builders build. A budget adjustment is expected in order to deal with the revenue shortfall.
