Heitkamp, Hoeven Request Avian Flu Outbreak Funding

Senators Hoeven and Heitkamp are working with 14 other senators to find money to help the fight against avian flu. With the number of birds infected numbering in the many millions, the ripple effects of this epidemic will likely be felt for some time.
