Jantzer Wins 4-Way Mayoral Election Decisively
Minot voters made their choice clear Tuesday, selecting longtime city council member Mark Jantzer as the city’s next mayor. With more than 900 votes over his nearest competitor, Jantzer’s win signals steady confidence in his message. Having served as acting mayor since April, he now officially steps into the role through next June. But the job’s only just begun — and he’ll have to campaign again next year if he wants to keep it.
