N.D. Lawmakers Propose Enhanced Driver’s License for Easier to Canadian Crossings

The newly proposed enhanced drivers license would make it easier to enter Canada and possibly Mexico, Bermuda, and the Carribean. The enhanced license would cost more than a standard license.
