Outdoor Heritage Fund Still Finding Its Niche, Moves Several Projects Forward

The advisory board that makes recommendations on appropriate projects to the ND Industrial Commission moved forward on 16 proposals, but the board is also hoping lawmakers will provide more clarification towards how the dollars should be spent.
