Russian attacks kill at least 11, injure 44 in Ukraine over past day
Ukraine faced another deadly barrage as Russian forces launched hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles overnight, striking cities and infrastructure across the country. Regional officials say at least 11 civilians were killed and 44 injured, with damage stretching from Dnipro to Kherson. While Ukraine’s Air Force intercepted most of the incoming drones, several strikes still hit homes, fuel stations, and energy facilities, triggering outages in multiple regions.
