Trump has another peace plan for Ukraine — but this time is different
President Trump has given Ukraine until November 27 to accept a sweeping peace proposal that would hand Russia the entire Donbas region—including areas Ukraine still controls—and freeze the war along current lines. The 28-point plan, negotiated largely without European input, would cap Ukraine’s military, shelve NATO membership, and ease sanctions on Moscow in exchange for pledges not to attack again.
