Twinning Plans for Canadian Highway ’52’ Aired at Open Houses

It’s not actually Highway 52 on the Canadian side of the border, but it is the same road that connects Minot to Estevan and Regina. The Canadians are planning to double-lane the road, and they’re hoping we’ll follow suit.
