Valley City looking to Restrict E-Cigarette Sales

Valley City Officials are considering a law that would ban the sale of E-Cigarettes to minors, and health officials want the law to go further by completely banning all sales within the city. As health concerns regarding these devices rise, we’ll probably see more of this.
