Winnipeg: Major review of city’s governance model underway

The City of Winnipeg is going through the process of reviewing its form of government and the manner in which it wants its elected officials to operate. They’ve identified problems, they are setting goals, and they’re going to take the next four months to work through ideas to see if they deliver outcomes. It’s a process they’ve now done twice in the last 20 years.
