Sentinels advance to AA state championship
A snowy semifinal in Minot delivered the kind of finish fans remember for years. Minot North and Central Cass traded leads all night, but the Sentinels kept their perfect season alive with a last-minute strike from quarterback Brayden Blikre to senior tight end William Bentley — his second touchdown of the game. The 21-17 win capped a tense fourth quarter where both offenses stalled until that final drive broke it open. Now, the Sentinels head to the Dakota Bowl to face Devils Lake for the Division AA state title. Nathan Beitler with Minot Daily News has the full story.
