Ward County couple charged with sexual crimes involving adults with cognitive impairments
A Ward County couple, Dalton and Amber Hattem, have been charged with multiple felonies related to the sexual abuse and exploitation of cognitively impaired adults at a Minot facility between April and December 2024. Amber, a former Certified Nurse Assistant at Minot Health and Rehab Center, allegedly engaged in sexual acts with two patients and recorded explicit videos while on duty.
