On This Day | Local Mill Churning Out Flour
Author
MinotVoice
The Minot mill, ever looking ahead to increasing business, will institute an important change in a few days, running night and day. The mill will then be able to turn out 200 barrels of flour a day. The force will be increased somewhat. The mill started last spring and for a time most of the grain was shipped in, but plenty of good wheat, oats and other grain has been raised in this part of the state this year, enabling the mill to secure the necessary grain without going to the expense of having it shipped in.
