Once a South Omaha landmark for salty snacks, the old Kitty Clover potato chip factory is back in business—only this time, it’s making art. Now called Clover24, the renovated industrial space has become a creative hub, home to thread painters, sculptors, fiber artists, and more. It’s part of a growing effort to reimagine community development through arts and entrepreneurship. With flexible leases, public exhibitions, and a spirit of collaboration, Clover24 is quietly helping Omaha rediscover its creative roots—one “weird welder” at a time.
