Anyone who fishes with nets in the Mouse, Missouri or Des Lacs rivers must secure licenses, but no license is required to fish with hook and line. Pickerel are considered as game fish in all waters. In all other waters than those named, special permits must be secured from the fish and game commissioner before nets are used and even then a game warden must be present. Carp, bull heads, buffalo, suckers, catfish, red horse or sturgeons, if harmful or too numerous, can be taken from such waters under the special provision.
