It has been created and expanded and maintained at the local level without the aid of the central Government since the days of the Pilgrims.

Why We Chose It
It's almost as if we've forgotten what got us here, because we do not talk of public education in this light anymore. We need to recapture this -- both the outcomes and the spirt of support.
