Why We Chose It
Prohibition had a fatal flaw, and it’s that men of all sorts like to have a drink now and then. And also… that a little country weekly editor was moving on toa booming metropolis says a lot about the quality of journalism and news we had throughout North Dakota at the time, that “underpass” eventually became an “overpass”, the state wanted the counties to plow snow, and smart dog is always newsworthy.
