The total valuation of the real estate and personal property of Ward county is $4,543,514 according to figures secured Thursday by the county auditor. This represents only about 25 per cent of the real value of the property of the county as in the first place the valuation is taken on only 60 per cent of the real value and people often fail to disclose all their riches.
