An automobile truck, owned by the Domrese Coal Co. broke through the crust of earth on Central Ave. West Friday afternoon, which in reality was the roof of a liquor cache. The truck was unloading coal at the U. S. Hand Laundry and was backing up to the place when the rear wheels went down. In hoisting up the truck, the cache of liquor was discovered and several spectators helped themselves to the liquor before authorities could arrive. The cache was located close to Oser Webb’s place. Webb was arrested last week and taken to Devils Lake to answer to a robbery charge. The proprietor of the U. S. Laundry laughed when he saw what the truck had done, saying that Webb had told him to let no truck drive onto that particular location, but he had forgotten to heed the warning.
