University of Northern Iowa to open finance and real estate analytics lab for business
Students at the University of Northern Iowa will soon train with the same tools used by professionals in finance and real estate, thanks to a new analytics lab set to open this fall. Funded in part by nearly $25,000 from 32 donors, the lab in the Curris Business Building will feature double-monitor workstations, industry software like CoStar, Argus, and Eikon, and even a ticker display. Faculty say the space will better prepare students for internships and careers, giving UNI graduates a competitive edge.
