City Begins Working Towards HUD Disaster Dollars

The Department of Housing and Urban Development is making a billion dollars available to communities that experienced disasters in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Minot will be submitting an application to hopefully win some of those dollar for community enhancements following the 2011 flood.
