Dee’s Donuts Brings Inclusive Eats to Minot

For many, fair food means carefree bites of funnel cakes and corn dogs. But for those with celiac disease, it’s often a menu of restrictions. That’s changing in Minot thanks to Dee’s Donuts, a fully gluten-free food truck launched by Duane Lothspeich, who knows the struggle firsthand. What began as a way to help his own family is now spreading joy across the community—one donut at a time. Their next stop: June 16 at Walmart, with proceeds supporting the Children’s Miracle Network.
