Layoffs Hit Minot State Disability Center Amid Federal Funding Cuts
Minot State is facing tough news this week as 23 employees at the North Dakota Center for Persons with Disabilities have been told their jobs are ending. The work will go on, but with fewer hands to carry it forward. Joe Skurzewski with KMOT has the full story.
