Leadership Says is a semi-regular feature on The Minot Voice whereby we pose a question or topic to our elected leaders and ask for their thoughts.
The Topic: At the City level, Minot has some serious trust issues as evidenced by our recent survey on the performance of our City Council. How did we get to this point and how do we start rebuilding trust?
