Mandan Says Yes to Parks and Recreation Facilities

The unofficial vote was 56% yes, 44% no. The vote approves a 0.75% sales tax that will be used to construct a $22 million rec center and sports complex. The facility will include two hockey rinks, a gymnastics facility, a new track and field and more.
