Winnipeg: City Expected to Present YMCA Rec Center Deal Soon

The City of Winnipeg will soon present terms on an agreement with the local YW-YMCA to develop three recreation/leisure centers for the community. It’s a shared public-private development concept similar to what was proposed by the Park Board prior to last year’s MARC vote.
