Minot honors veterans with Wreaths Across America at Rosehill Cemetery

Cold temperatures didn’t keep volunteers away from Rosehill Memorial Cemetery this weekend. Dozens gathered in Minot to place wreaths on veterans’ graves, carrying on a tradition meant to honor service and keep those stories alive for the next generation. Organized by the Civil Air Patrol’s Magic City Composite Squadron, the effort drew help from veterans, active-duty service members, and community groups. Even in the cold, organizers say the turnout reflects a shared commitment to remembrance—and hopes to grow the event even more next year.
